Along with many others the new year brings thoughts of change and better things, often including losing weight and/or getting in shape. That is where I am beginning. To eat better and exercise so I feel better and can easily do the things I love doing, like gardening,hiking and even crossing my legs. I am working on changing my mindset from one of can't have to one of don't want. If I think I can't have something it's all the more appealing, if I don't want it well then it's really my choice, I'm in control not some nebulous can't have it boss. I am sure it will be road full of challenges but the pay off is huge. So I'll set my goals and forge forward.
